The Healing Tree Collective is a nervous-system–focused studio and community space in Tempe, Arizona.
We offer gentle, trauma-aware experiences such as:

01 Sound Healing
Gentle crystal bowls and calming instruments create a soothing soundscape where your clients can lie down, unplug, and let their nervous system soften into rest.

02 Breathwork Practices
Low-intensity, functional breathwork that teaches people how to use their own breath to calm anxiety, release tension, and gently regulate their nervous system.

03 Tai Chi
Soft, flowing movements that build balance, stability, and calm, teaching people how to move their energy without force and find ease in their own pace.

07 Integration & Share Circles
Facilitated circles with journaling and optional sharing where people can put words to their experiences, feel heard, and realize they’re not carrying it all alone.

Simple, accessible meditations that help people notice their breath, quiet the mind, and feel a little more grounded and present in their bodies.

05 Yoga & Mindful Movement
Slow, beginner-friendly movement that focuses on feeling the body from the inside out.. no pressure to perform, just an invitation to reconnect and release stress.

Gentle, optional hands-on or hands-off energy support that offers a sense of being held, supported, and deeply relaxed in a safe, consent-centered way.
